THE ORIGINAL INVOICE MUST BE INCLUDED WITH ANY RETURN. FAILURE TO DO SO CAN DELAY THE PROCESSING OF YOUR RETURN. RETURN SHIPPING WILL BE PAID BY CUSTOMER.

EXCHANGES CAN BE MADE FOR A DIFFERENT SIZE OR COLOUR OF THE ORIGINAL STYLE ORDERED. IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO EXCHANGE YOUR ITEM FOR A DIFFERENT STYLE, PLEASE RETURN YOUR ITEMS FOR A REFUND AND PLACE A NEW ORDER FOR THE STYLE YOU WOULD LIKE. EXCHANGE SHIPPING WILL BE PAID BY ROYAL SOUL. ONLY ONE EXCHANGE SHIPMENT PER ORDER WILL BE COVERED BY ROYAL SOUL.
